And I have a farmers tan so I had to use a solarium, even tan?

Sure, but you need sunscreen to the part of the arm that is dark, or appear to share a little bumpy for the first two sessions.

You buy blocks of minutes (and $ 30 for 200 minutes or so), and use it in 10 or 15 minutes - depending on good or faster, you can choose the fastest time of the meeting. The increase in over a long period of time - do not go every day or give up the ridiculous. Once you do all three or four days. Also ask before they are assigned a bed, when the lamps are new or not. New types of light bulbs, which burn faster than the bulbs, which have been for some time.

You have to buy a pair of glasses to protect your eyes - you sold in the salon. DO NOT TRY to go to the light without eye protection. I lived kind of glasses, which are actually composed of two "shells", which is set eyes.

My skin is very white and take only two or TKings 10 minutes sessions spread over a week to not get paint on my bod just like a zombie.
